Event Description: Come get a sample of life at Lawrence as we kick off welcome week! Various activities, crafts, & takeaways provided leading up to the featured entertainment, Mentalist, Eric Dittelman!

Thursday, September 7th: Casino Night
Event Description: Come and play a variety of Casino games with the chance to win prizes! Games include Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Slots, Bingo, Board Games, and more!

Join us for one or stop by all activities including a variety of outdoor games, trivia, a trip to the Timber Rattler's Game, and a campfire!

Sunday, September 3rd: International Student Services Events

1 - 3pm (Short Lawrence tour/explore downtown Appleton Guide)
After the Welcome Lunch, we plan to take students on a short tour around Lawrence (to help them get their bearings before Welcome Week) and to explore Downtown Appleton. We would like to have 4 groups of approximately 10 students lead by a staff volunteer. We can provide a route, with highlights, but the tour can also be based on areas you would want new students to know. Tours would last 1 to 1.5 hours.
